Responsibilities

Responsible for the retail and wholesale business of Tractor Loans of Karnataka

Will be also responsible for branch cross and cross sell of other products to increase

business penetration Responsible to handle the team of sales managers in the region

and monitor/ manage the portfolio.Should possess good communication skills

and relationship management skills.To coordinate with all manufacturer /

Dealers / Cross functional departments and Customers

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Experience in agri related field. Experience in tractors will be added advantage

Should be confident, assertive and should have a flair for managing teams, associates & agencies

Must have good local demography knowledge

Strong communication skills and take up challenges in managing portfolios.

Able to negotiate with the various other –departments both external / internal for smooth flow of work

Mobile and ready to take any new challenges to grow the business
